Bellagio is a resort, luxury hotel and casino on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It is owned by The Blackstone Group and operated by MGM Resorts International and was built on the site of the demolished Dunes hotel and casino. Inspired by the Lake Como town of Bellagio in Italy, Bellagio is famed for its elegance. One of its most notable features is an 8-acre (3.2 ha) lake between the building and the Strip, which houses the Fountains of Bellagio, a large dancing water fountain synchronized to music.

Mellisa M shared in a review "Normally the Bellagio would get 5 stars from me. Bellagio opened a few days ago after being closed due to covid-19. (I had been to Wynn a few days prior. I thought same protocols would be in place at Bellagio. My expectation was that Bellagio would be taking safety of its guests and team members seriously. ) There was NO attendant at the door offering masks, no sanitizer being offered. Evidently, the only people getting their temps checked are the ones checking in. I saw peoples temps being checked by an attendant at the line to check into the hotel. You can do better Bellagio!"

Fred says

"I booked a stay at the Bellagio with and although the T&Cs clearly states that all fees are covered, the hotel charged me resort fees and taxes on top. This was 7 months ago and I am still trying to get the fees back from or the Bellagio. The customer service tried to stall my request by asking for more and more detailed receipts, which the Bellagio refused to provide. Now, after 7 months of calls and emails in the double digits, Booking is claiming that I can't get my money back, because I used their Booking base" tariff and did not opt for their premium service. Needless to say that this is not correct and the T&Cs still apply in my case. Conclusion: Booking is a total scam and I will pursue legal action."
